What if there’s no wind?

We schedule our kite safaris for peak wind season when there is historically an 80% chance or better of kiteable wind. More often than not, the wind is up, strong and steady, and you’ll be kiting all day, every day. However, in the unlikely event of a down day, we have a variety of recreation options to keep everyone on the water and entertained, including snorkeling and wakeboarding.

What if you need to change or cancel your trip?

If you wish to change your reservation to another of our scheduled kite safaris in 2023, we request notification be made a minimum of 120 days prior to your scheduled kite adventure date, and we will make the change free of charge (subject to availability). Change requests made within 60 days of the safari date will be charged a 40% change fee (per person). If you wish to cancel your reservation, we charge: A) a 40% cancellation fee if request is made 60 days or more before your kite safari date, and B) a 80% cancellation fee if request is made 59 to 25 days before your kite adventure date, and C) 100% cancelation fee if request is made less than 24 days prior to kite safari dates.
